HVAC replacement appointments, not service calls

We book HVAC system replacement appointments for heating and cooling companies doing $1M+ a year. Our campaigns look for homeowners with aging equipment, high bills or a system that keeps failing, qualify them and book them with your comfort advisor. You pay only when the homeowner sits down with your team.

Replacement, not repair

A $150 service call and a full system replacement are two different businesses. Most HVAC marketing mixes them, so your best advisors spend the week on tune-ups. We separate them: our ads and our questions are built to find homeowners who are ready to talk about a new system.

The replacement math

A system replacement is often many times the value of a service call. Example, not a promise: with a $12,000 average replacement and a 35% close rate, 10 sit-downs turn into about 3 or 4 new systems. We set your price per sit-down from your real ticket, margin and close rate so the math works for you.

Seasons

Heat waves and cold snaps bring urgent replacements. Shoulder seasons are for planning offers and maintenance plans that open the door to a replacement conversation. We move budget with the weather instead of spending the same every day.

How we qualify HVAC homeowners

  • Do they own the home?
  • How old is the system, and what type is it?
  • What's going on: no cooling, no heat, high bills, constant repairs?
  • Are they looking to replace, and when?
  • Would financing help them decide?

Offers that work for HVAC

  • Free in-home comfort assessment with a replacement quote.
  • Financing options, if you offer them.
  • Seasonal rebates or manufacturer promotions you already run.

What your comfort advisor gets

The appointment on their phone with the homeowner's answers about the system, automatic reminders before the visit and no-show follow-up.

Run your hvac numbers

HVAC FAQ

Do you book service and repair calls?

No. We focus on system replacement and new installs, the jobs where a sit-down with a comfort advisor pays off. Service calls stay with your own marketing.

What happens in the slow season?

We adjust budget and offers with the weather. Spring and fall are for tune-up and replacement planning offers; heat and cold waves bring urgent replacements.

Do you work with other HVAC companies in my city?

No. One HVAC company per city. The homeowners we book for you are not shared.

Who runs the ads and who pays for them?

We run the campaigns on your own Meta ad account and you pay Meta directly, starting at $3,000 a month.

Do you book tune-ups or duct cleaning?

No. We focus on system replacements and new installs. Maintenance and small service calls are better handled by your own marketing.

Can you target heat pumps or mini-splits?

Yes, if you install them. We build the offer and the qualifying questions around the systems you sell.

Do financing offers help HVAC replacement?

Often, yes. A system failing in July is an unplanned expense. If you offer financing, we put it in the ads and ask about it before booking.

How do you handle the busy season?

We move budget toward heat waves and cold snaps and keep planning offers running in the shoulder seasons, so your advisors stay busy year round.

How many appointments will I get per month?

It depends on your ad budget, your market, your offer and the season, so we never promise a number. On the strategy call we look at your city and budget and give you an honest estimate before you sign.

How soon will I see the first appointments?

Ads usually go live 4 to 7 days after you sign. Applications start coming in once ads are live, and homeowners are contacted and booked the same minute they apply.

What do I need to have in place?

Someone who runs estimates and closes, real availability on the calendar, and a person who can call when a homeowner asks for one. We provide the CRM, the calendar, the follow-up and the reminders.

Who owns the contacts and the ad account?

You do. Ads run on your own Meta ad account, you pay Meta directly, and every homeowner contact stays in your CRM.

What if a homeowner was not a fit?

You mark every appointment after the visit. If something looks wrong, we review the answers and the call or message history together and adjust the questions and ads so it does not repeat.
