In-home window consultations, booked on your calendar
We book in-home consultations for window and door companies doing $1M+ a year. We run the ads, qualify homeowners on ownership, number of openings, timeline and who decides, then book the visit on your consultant's calendar and confirm it. You pay only when the homeowner sits down with your team.
One windows & doors company per city.

The window math
Window projects are priced per opening, so the size of the project matters as much as the number of appointments. Example, not a promise: a 10-window project can be worth many times a single replacement. That's why we ask how many windows or doors before we book.
Why one-decider appointments fall apart
If only one spouse is at the table, the most likely outcome is "we'll think about it". We ask who makes the decision and encourage every decision maker to be at the appointment, so your consultant can close on the first visit.
How we qualify window and door homeowners
- Do they own the home?
- How many windows or doors, and what's the problem (drafts, fog, broken seals, noise, looks)?
- When do they want the project done?
- Will every decision maker be at the appointment?
Offers that work for window companies
- Free in-home consultation and measurement.
- Project-size offers you already run (for example, a discount on additional windows).
- Financing, if you offer it.
What your consultant gets
The appointment on their phone with the homeowner's answers, reminders before the visit and no-show follow-up.
Run your windows & doors numbers
Change the example to your own average job, margin and close rate. The result is the most you should spend in marketing per sit-down under the 5x rule.
Example values for windows & doors are illustrations, not industry averages. Use your own numbers.
- Gross profit per job
- $6,000
- Max marketing per signed job
- $1,200
- Sit-downs per signed job
- 3.3
The 5x rule: marketing per job stays under one fifth of its gross profit. A planning tool, not a quote.
Windows & Doors FAQ
Why do you ask about decision makers?
Window and door projects are often decided by two people. When only one is at the appointment, the answer is usually "we need to think about it". We ask before booking so your consultant meets everyone who decides.
How long is the buying cycle?
Longer than an emergency repair. Homeowners compare quotes, so speed to the first appointment and good follow-up after the estimate matter a lot.
Do you work with other window companies in my city?
No. One window and door company per city.
Who pays for the ads?
You pay Meta directly on your own ad account, starting at $3,000 a month. We manage the campaigns.
Can you promote my window brand?
Yes. We use your brand, your product lines and the offers you already run.
Can I set a minimum project size?
Yes. We ask how many windows or doors before booking, and homeowners below your minimum are not booked.
Do you book door-only projects?
Yes, entry and patio door projects can be booked the same way, with their own questions.
Why do window appointments need both decision makers?
Because single-decider visits usually end in "we will think about it". We ask before booking and encourage everyone who decides to be there.
How many appointments will I get per month?
It depends on your ad budget, your market, your offer and the season, so we never promise a number. On the strategy call we look at your city and budget and give you an honest estimate before you sign.
How soon will I see the first appointments?
Ads usually go live 4 to 7 days after you sign. Applications start coming in once ads are live, and homeowners are contacted and booked the same minute they apply.
What do I need to have in place?
Someone who runs estimates and closes, real availability on the calendar, and a person who can call when a homeowner asks for one. We provide the CRM, the calendar, the follow-up and the reminders.
Who owns the contacts and the ad account?
You do. Ads run on your own Meta ad account, you pay Meta directly, and every homeowner contact stays in your CRM.
What if a homeowner was not a fit?
You mark every appointment after the visit. If something looks wrong, we review the answers and the call or message history together and adjust the questions and ads so it does not repeat.
