Kitchen and bath remodeling consultations with real budgets

We book design consultations for kitchen and bath remodeling companies doing $1M+ a year. We run the ads, ask homeowners about their project, budget range and start date before they can book, and put qualified homeowners on your designer's calendar. You pay only when the homeowner sits down with your team.

One remodeling company per city.

The remodeling math

Remodels have high tickets and longer decisions. One signed kitchen can pay for a month of marketing, but only if your designer's time goes to homeowners who are ready to invest. We set your price per sit-down from your average project, margin and close rate.

How we filter budget and timeline

Remodeling ads attract a lot of people who are just looking for ideas. So the application asks for the project type, a budget range and a start date before the calendar shows up. If the numbers don't match your minimum project size, they don't get booked.

How we qualify remodeling homeowners

  • Do they own the home?
  • Kitchen, bathroom or another project?
  • What budget range are they planning for?
  • When do they want to start?

Offers that work for remodelers

  • Free design consultation, in home or in your showroom.
  • A 3D design preview, if your team already offers it.
  • Financing, if you offer it.

What your designer gets

The appointment with the homeowner's answers, reminders before the visit and no-show follow-up, so your design time goes to real projects.

Run your remodeling numbers

Change the example to your own average job, margin and close rate. The result is the most you should spend in marketing per sit-down under the 5x rule.

Example values for remodeling are illustrations, not industry averages. Use your own numbers.

Remodeling FAQ

How do you filter out dreamers?

Before a homeowner can book, they tell us the type of project, a budget range and when they want to start. Homeowners without a real budget or timeline do not reach your calendar.

Which remodeling projects do you book?

Kitchen and bathroom remodels first, the projects with the clearest demand and highest tickets. Other projects can be added once the first service is working.

Do you work with other remodelers in my city?

No. One remodeling company per city.

Who pays for the ads?

You pay Meta directly on your own ad account, starting at $3,000 a month. We manage the campaigns.

Can I set a minimum budget?

Yes. The application asks for a budget range, and homeowners below your minimum are not booked.

Do you book additions or whole-home remodels?

We start with kitchens and bathrooms, which have the clearest demand. Other project types can be added once the first service is working.

Do you work with design-build firms?

Yes. Consultations can be booked in the home or in your showroom.

How long is the remodeling sales cycle?

Longer than other trades, so we focus on qualified consultations and keep following up with homeowners who are not ready yet.

How many appointments will I get per month?

It depends on your ad budget, your market, your offer and the season, so we never promise a number. On the strategy call we look at your city and budget and give you an honest estimate before you sign.

How soon will I see the first appointments?

Ads usually go live 4 to 7 days after you sign. Applications start coming in once ads are live, and homeowners are contacted and booked the same minute they apply.

What do I need to have in place?

Someone who runs estimates and closes, real availability on the calendar, and a person who can call when a homeowner asks for one. We provide the CRM, the calendar, the follow-up and the reminders.

Who owns the contacts and the ad account?

You do. Ads run on your own Meta ad account, you pay Meta directly, and every homeowner contact stays in your CRM.

What if a homeowner was not a fit?

You mark every appointment after the visit. If something looks wrong, we review the answers and the call or message history together and adjust the questions and ads so it does not repeat.
