Roof replacement appointments, booked on your calendar
We book roof replacement appointments with homeowners for roofing companies doing $1M+ a year. We run the ads, qualify every homeowner on ownership, roof condition, project and timeline, book them on your estimator's calendar and confirm the visit. You pay only for appointments where the homeowner sat down with you.
One roofing company per city.

The roofing math
A roof replacement is one of the biggest checks a homeowner writes. That's why one sit-down with the right homeowner is worth far more than a pile of cheap leads. Example, not a promise: with a $14,000 average job and a 30% close rate, every 10 homeowners who sit down with your estimator turn into about 3 signed roofs and $42,000 in revenue.
We set your price per sit-down from your ticket, margin and close rate so you make at least 5 times what you spend on marketing. See how pricing works.
Retail replacement vs storm and insurance work
Our roofing campaigns target retail replacement: homeowners with an aging roof, leaks or a home sale coming up, who decide and pay themselves. In areas hit by storms we can run inspection offers, but we never promise claim approvals in ads. Clear, honest ads keep your ad account healthy and bring homeowners who trust you from the first call.
How we qualify roofing homeowners
- Do they own the home?
- How old is the roof, or what's the problem (leaks, missing shingles, storm damage)?
- Replacement or repair?
- When do they want it done?
- Is the property inside your service area?
Offers that work for roofers
- Free roof inspection with a written estimate the same week.
- Storm damage assessment with photos.
- Financing, only if your company already offers it.
You only approve offers you can honor every single time.
What your estimator gets
The appointment on their phone with the homeowner's answers, automatic reminders to the homeowner before the visit, and no-show follow-up so a missed appointment gets a second chance.
Run your roofing numbers
Change the example to your own average job, margin and close rate. The result is the most you should spend in marketing per sit-down under the 5x rule.
Example values for roofing are illustrations, not industry averages. Use your own numbers.
- Gross profit per job
- $4,900
- Max marketing per signed job
- $980
- Sit-downs per signed job
- 3.3
The 5x rule: marketing per job stays under one fifth of its gross profit. A planning tool, not a quote.
Roofing FAQ
Do you sell the same homeowner to other roofers?
No. We work with one roofing company per city. Every appointment we book for you is yours alone.
Do you work insurance claims?
Our campaigns focus on retail replacement, where the homeowner decides and pays. In storm areas we can run inspection offers, but we never promise insurance outcomes in ads, and how you handle claims is up to you.
Do I need my own ad account?
Yes. Ads run on your own Meta ad account and you pay Meta directly. We manage the campaigns with partner access, and you keep the account.
What areas do you cover?
Anywhere in the US where your market is still open. You tell us the cities or ZIP codes you serve and how far you drive for an estimate.
What roofing offers work best on Facebook?
A free roof inspection with a written estimate this week is the most consistent. In storm areas, a damage assessment with photos. Financing works too if you already offer it. We only run offers you can honor every time.
Do you target storm-damaged areas?
We can run inspection offers in areas hit by storms, but we never promise insurance outcomes in ads. Most of our roofing campaigns focus on retail replacement, where the homeowner decides and pays.
Do you book commercial roofing?
Our system is built for residential roof replacement, where a homeowner decides. Commercial roofing has a different buying process.
Will homeowners want a replacement or just a repair?
The application asks. You decide which repairs you want on your calendar, and we set the questions so the rest never get booked.
How much should a roofer spend on Facebook ads?
At least $3,000 a month to start. After that, budget should follow your cost per signed roof against the 5x rule, not a fixed number.
How many appointments will I get per month?
It depends on your ad budget, your market, your offer and the season, so we never promise a number. On the strategy call we look at your city and budget and give you an honest estimate before you sign.
How soon will I see the first appointments?
Ads usually go live 4 to 7 days after you sign. Applications start coming in once ads are live, and homeowners are contacted and booked the same minute they apply.
What do I need to have in place?
Someone who runs estimates and closes, real availability on the calendar, and a person who can call when a homeowner asks for one. We provide the CRM, the calendar, the follow-up and the reminders.
Who owns the contacts and the ad account?
You do. Ads run on your own Meta ad account, you pay Meta directly, and every homeowner contact stays in your CRM.
What if a homeowner was not a fit?
You mark every appointment after the visit. If something looks wrong, we review the answers and the call or message history together and adjust the questions and ads so it does not repeat.
