SMS Terms and Conditions

1. What you are signing up for. When you check the text message consent box on our website form and submit it, you agree to receive text messages from Booked Contractor at the mobile number you provided.

• Non-marketing messages (first checkbox): messages about your application, scheduling your call, appointment confirmations and reminders, and follow-up on your inquiry.
• Marketing messages (second checkbox, optional): offers, updates and information about our services.

You can agree to one, both or neither. Messages may be sent using automated technology, and some may be written or sent with the help of artificial intelligence.

2. Message frequency. Message frequency varies based on your interaction with us. For example, you may receive several messages around a booked call (confirmation and reminders).

3. Cost. Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan for details. Booked Contractor does not charge for text messages.

4. How to opt out. Reply STOP to any message at any time to stop receiving text messages from us. You will receive one final message confirming your opt-out, and no further messages will be sent unless you opt in again. You can also reply CANCEL, END, QUIT, UNSUBSCRIBE or STOPALL.

5. How to get help. Reply HELP to any message for help, or email info@bookedcontractor.co.

6. Consent is not required to buy. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

7. Carriers. Supported carriers include major US carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

8. Privacy. We do not sell your information. Your mobile phone number and your text message consent will not be shared with any third party or affiliate for their own marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy at https://bookedcontractor.co/privacy.

9. Eligibility. You must be at least 18 years old and the account holder of the mobile number, or have the account holder's permission, to opt in.

10. Changes. We may update these SMS Terms from time to time. The effective date above shows when they were last updated.
