Pay per sit-downYou only pay when the homeowner sits down with you
Booked Contractor charges a one-time setup fee and then a flat fee for each appointment where the homeowner actually sat down with your team. There's no monthly retainer and you never pay for no-shows. Your ad budget is paid directly to Meta on your own ad account.
Four lines. No surprises.
We share your exact numbers on the strategy call, after we look at your market and your close rate.

How we set your price per sit-down
We want you making at least 5 times what you spend with us, ads included. So we start from your average job, your margin and your close rate. Move the sliders.
- Gross profit per job
- $4,900
- Max marketing per signed job
- $980
- Sit-downs per signed job
- 3.3
The 5x rule: marketing per job stays under one fifth of its gross profit. A planning tool, not a quote.

How a week works
- Mon to SunHomeowners sit down with your team. You mark each visit in one click within 48 hours.
- 24 hours beforeYou get a summary of the week's sit-downs so you can flag any mistake first.
- Weekly chargeWe charge the card on file only for sit-downs. No-shows never count.
Unmarked appointments count as showed after 48 hours. If there's ever a question, we check calls and messages in the system together.
What counts as a sit-down?
The homeowner was there and your team met them, in person or on a scheduled video estimate. That's it.
Who pays for the ads?
You do, directly to Meta, on your own ad account. We manage the campaigns, but the account, the payment method and the history stay yours.
Is there a long contract?
No long lock-in. Notice and an exit call are in a simple written service agreement you see before you sign.
